St. Mark’s is an active Church, though small.  Come join us this week for the Sacraments, Prayer and Study.  The Christian Life is well lived when we are in communion with other believers.  The church provides the setting, people and opportunities.  The Holy Ghost provides the desire to learn, enjoy and love.

Tonight, Tuesday evening Bible/Church History Study in Novato.  Please call Fr. Jim at (707)815-1932 if you are interested in joining other Christians for vital study and fellowship. Each week is a stand alone class so you can start next week with out a problem.  There is no homework.   We start at 6:30 pm at Peet’s in the Hamilton Shoping Center, 5800 Nave Drive, Novato. 

Thursday we have Morning Prayer at the Church at 10 am.  Fr Jim is in the office from 9 to 12 or by appointment.

Sunday next is the 14th Sunday after Trinity.  Come join us for Mass and Coffee Hour following.

The Sermon will be posted later in the week, when Fr. Jim retrieves the file.

Sunday’s sermon is posted on this website. What keeps us from fullness in Christ?

Last night’s Bible Study at Peet’s in Novato focused on Confidence or Trust in God, especially when times are tough. We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 pm to study God’s Word, have fellowship and good coffee.

Sunday we celebrate the 13th Sunday after Trinity at 10 am. We will hear Jesus’ Parable of the Good Samaritan. He tells us that we must move beyond the law. Come worship God with us. 

Thursday we have Morning Prayer at the church at 10 am, as we do always.  Fr Jim’s office hours are on Thursdays from 9 am until Noon.

Next Sunday is the Twelfth Sunday after Trinity and the Octave Day of the Assumption

Tomorrow, Tuesday we again meet at Peet’s in Novato, Hamilton Market Place, on Nave Drive, at 6:30 pm, when we study the man, Saint and character of Peter the Apostle.  Please come join us for study and fellowship.  Thursday we have Morning Prayer at the church at 10 am, as we do always.  Fr Jim’s office hours are from 9 am until Noon.  Next Sunday is the Twelfth Sunday after Trinity and the Octave Day of the Assumption or Dormition of  the BVM.  Join us for Mass at 10 am.

Next Sunday we celebrate Mary’s being taken bodily into heaven by our Lord.  Come worship with us at 10 am at St Mark’s.  Mary after all was our Lord’s mom and she has a special place in His heart and that is good enough for me. 

We have Morning Prayer in the Church tomorrow, Thursday, at 10 am.

Yesterday we had a great Bible Studyabout Martha and Mary from St. Luke at Peet’s Novato.  Come join us next week at 6:30 pm.  Peet’s is located in South Novato at the Hamilton Market Place.  The weather was fine, so we sat outside.  It is always a good thing to be out in public sharing Holy Scripture with friends.  All are welcome.
